By accepting an estimate or proposal from Premium Exterior Bros., LLC and scheduling services, you agree to the following:

1. Service Agreement

 

• Acceptance: The estimate provided to you outlines the scope of work and the agreed-upon price. Your acceptance of this estimate, either verbally or in writing, constitutes a legally binding agreement.

• Scheduling: We will make every effort to complete the work on the scheduled date. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule your service. We will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule for the next available business day.

• Service Variation: In the case of excessively dirty surfaces or other conditions not apparent during the initial estimate, we reserve the right to apply a surcharge. You will be notified of any potential additional costs before work continues.

2. Client Responsibilities and Property Access

• Preparation: On the day of service, you are responsible for ensuring that all windows are closed and tightly sealed. You must also clear all work areas of furniture, potted plants, and other items. For interior window cleaning, you must clear the area around the windows.

• Utilities: You agree to provide access to an on-site water spigot and—for some power-washing services—an electrical outlet. Please ensure that these utilities are turned on and in good working order. Additional charges may apply if we cannot access water or power upon arrival.

• Pet and Child Safety: For the safety of our technicians, you must keep all children and pets away from the work area while services are being performed.

3. Limitation of Liability and Property Condition

• Existing Damage: You agree that your property, including all windows, siding, and gutters, is in good, structurally sound, and weathertight condition before our services begin. We are not liable for any water damage resulting from poor installation, maintenance, or repair of these items, such as improperly sealed windows, broken seals, or damaged siding.

• Siding and Surfaces: We are not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions, including faded aluminum or vinyl siding, loose mortar, wood rot, or defective construction. Our soft washing and pressure washing services are intended for cleaning and may reveal existing issues.

• Landscaping: While we take great care to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage to landscaping, including bushes, flowers, or mulch. We will make every effort to minimize impact.

• Damage Notification: In the rare instance that you find damage to your property after the service is completed, you must notify us within 48 hours. Failure to do so may affect our ability to address the claim.

4. Specific Service Provisions

• Gutter Cleaning: Gutter cleaning services are for the clearance of debris from the gutters and downspouts. This service does not include any repairs to gutters, downpipes, or underground drainage systems unless specified in the estimate.

• Landscaping: All landscaping maintenance services included in your plan will be specified in your contract. This may include mowing, weeding, pruning, and fertilization. Services not listed in the agreement are excluded.

• Underground Systems: Our services do not include clearing underground drywell systems or other sub-surface drainage.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment Due: Payment in full is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Late Fees and Returned Check fees will be applied.

6. Cancellation

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your service up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 25% of charge.

7. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of WI. Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved in the courts of St. Croix County.
